How Do I Place An Order?

Option I :: Simply add the item(s) to chart, sign out and a notification email, regarding the payment instructions will be send to you shortly.

Option III :: For serious buyers staying in Singapore, if you are keen to have a preview on the items, you may wish to arrange an appointment with us via osnug.ry@live.com or +65 9818 2087

 

Payment and Shipping

Upon confirmation of your order, a payment instructions transcript will be send to you via email shortly. Once the payment is made, the item(s) will be sent out within 3-7 working days and you will be informed by an email.

 

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Option I :: Bank Transaction

Bank transaction(s) through DBS, POSB, OCBC and UOB, are accepted. 

 

Option II :: Cash

Cash payment is accepted during self collection of item(s) and during appointment.

 

Returns & Refunds
Before sending, all our items will go through a thorough 'Quality Check'. Hence, once the item is sent, we are not responsible for any unforseen circumstances, such as, item being damaged or misplaced during shipping process.

 

Returned item(s) should be made within 7 working days for full refund (not inclusive of shipping).
